The Area

The apartment is in an area called Södermalm in the south part of central city. Very close to the famous Fjällgatan with a splendid view over Stockholm City. It is in an area of culture, restaurants, pubs and shopping and close to all the tourist attractions.

People who lives here has given the area the name “SOFO” “South of Folkungagatan”. The name is given because the area is very popular with all the culture, pubs, restaurants, bars and parks and is situated south of the big street Folkungagatan.

Buses/undergrounds

Nearest subway is Skanstull and buses around the corner. The buses outside the house get you downtown in ten minutes to the castle, old town, ferries, and the boats to the archipelago. If you prefer underground it only takes a few minutes to the station. You can also take a nice walk down town, it takes 30 minutes to the old town.
