To complete the confirmation you also have to inform the arrival time to the house.

The room can be booked by other guests until you have confirmed the booking.

Cancel of the confirmed booking from the guest or the host - e-mail as soon as possible.

The arrival day access to the room from 17.00 and not later than 21.00.

Late arrivals the arrival day - always inform directly by phone to the host. If guests are delayed without inform the host the booking can be cancelled.

Identification - all guests have to give their ID card or passport number upon arrival.

Access to the room - keys to the apartment is only given after payment upon arrival.
