Confirmation of the booking - after reading the confirmation
and all information always confirm the booking by e-mail
back directly.
Arrival day to Stockholm - access to the room from 18.00
and not later than 21.00.
Arrival time - e-mail about your arrival time to Stockholm
as soon as possible.
The room can be booked by other guests until you have
confirmed the booking.
Late arrival - guests are expected to arrive in time.
Should the guest plan to arrive later the guest must contact
the proprietor in advance. Otherwise, arrival later may
be regarded as a cancellation. In this case, the reserved
rooms may be rented to other guests.
Booking more than 3 months before arrival - confirm the
booking again 1 month before arrival.
Cancel of the booking from the guest - send an e-mail
as soon as possible.
Identification - you have to give your ID card or passport
number upon arrival.
Payment - you always pay in Swedish money directly upon
arrival (no credit cards, no traveller's cheques).
Keys - are given after payment upon arrival, are to be
returned at the end of your stay.
